Shipping policy

Orders are processed within an average of 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier selected. The times shown when ordering are estimates and may exceptionally be extended, particularly because of the carrier, customs formalities or busy periods.

Once the order has been shipped, tracking information is provided to the customer when a tracking number is available.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be applied by the destination country. Where they are not included at checkout, these charges remain the customer's responsibility.
